New Zealand 2010 A Slice of Heaven

'New Zealand - A Slice of Heaven’, released 6 October 2010, comprises a sheet of 25 x 60c stamps that reflect New Zealand's culture, heritage and various iconic locations. Each stamp shows a distinct snapshot of the country and together the stamps form a unique image that captures a day in the life of New Zealand. Weaving in and out of the landscape, the stamps stumble across rural New Zealand in the form of farms, vineyards, local sports games, holiday spots, Maraes and close-knit communities. And one specific stamp, near the lower right corner of the sheet, features a rugby match in progress.

New Zealand 2011 Kiwi Countdown

This Countdown sheet of 21 stamps is released on 10 August 2011 by the New Zealand Post. Each number in the countdown is represented by a stamp featuring an icon of the Kiwi culture. Signficantly, number 15 is the number of players in a rugby team, and the stamp features a hand holding a white rugby ball against the background that looks like the back of the fullback jersery!
